Ruru heard the roe's comment and he quietly moved away from the bar speaking loudly.
"You know....you came into a bar, sat down in a bar, and were asked if you wanted a drink by someone who works in a bar." He walked deliberately toward the female roe, hand close to the belt he wore. "Seems a bit unfair to holler that way to the woman just doing her job. Makes one wonder....who comes to a bar and refuses a drink?"
His eyes were focused on her, trained to watch for any sign of movement of threat as he approached from her flank.
