Thrust things! Then disembowel them and then thrust them again until they're dead! If you notice they happen to be alive, disembowel them and then thrust till they're either dead, or you notice their bowels are quite not still empty, empty them again.
I rarely had aggro issues myself, even when hitting the right targets. Maybe my tanks were such good. And your best bet on the order is just really to follow what the tank is hitting and hit that!
