Siha watched in horror and awe as S'imba refused to yield to the Ixal despite the clearly overwhelming odds. Her heart sank however because even as he laid three clearly low, she could see more muster up to take their place, she'd be surprised if they didn't kill him, and he was doing this for what? Pride and to protect her. Guilt twisted in her stomach, she shouldn't have spoken to them, she should have let them take her immediately and this wouldn't be happening, then he might have stayed back and not thrown himself into danger. Always a liability, that was what she was. She ground her teeth, watching him as she stayed low to the ground, he wasn't going to die for her. She wouldn't allow it.
The girl's violet eyes jumped between the Ixal, seeking out any of them that looked to be the smartest or even reasonable. If she had to she'd willingly give herself up to save this strangers life because he'd shown the same regard for hers and the others still present. But she had to wait for the opportune moment, if and when they downed or subdued him then she could make her case for his life and not a moment sooner.
