Membership Information and Application

I didn't use to like these but things change I guess. In order to set a bit of quality control and to avoid headaches in what is suppose to be a fun game, I have been forced to make a membership policy and application. Membership is simple, if you want to join up and you think you would fit then fill out the application below (there's a code version below the one you see). Fill it out and PM it to me here on the RPC, and I will get with you and set up a meeting.

Please do not post it in this thread.
