I have a character that does. Since that was going to be one of her hooks for RP, someone teaching her to speak better. However, people tend to just let Chi be Chi. XD
Lore book somewhat debunks how I have her speak, but she isn't from Doma. Rather a small village (NPC) out in Orthard. So story for her, it is very possible that prehaps any/all speak common tongue except for maybe traders. After she left the village, she lived outside Doma, which she did learn a good bit. She just talks a bit different and short still. She is my more "cutesy" and social character so she even throws out some foreign words from time to time and may not always understand what is being said. It has lead to some entertaining RP early on XD One of my old FC mates would teach her "bad" words.
But since I feel like it is somewhat frowned upon overall, I do tone her down a notch or two in a public setting. I even thought about changing her pattern, but it feels awkward. So it is going to have to be a change overtime as she learns.
Long story short, you do you. You are going to find people who will be okay with it and you will find people not.
