Yea, I'm aware that Fast isn't an enmity generator. The operating mindset being that Flash, Circle and Spirits are significant enough to have annoyed target #1 to allow me to burn Savage on target #2 for the enmity hit, and Rage on target #3 for the enmity hit. Tied that with another Flash on top, and I have seen mobs stick to me like glue, barring the prior mentioned AoE-mad BLM.
Of course, I adjust when situations arise--as I mentioned, I push a Flash up if I see bars are filling faster than I want, and Circle does keep on cooldown--didn't really specify that one in my initial rotation post.
Of course, if Spirits is better saved for when I absolutely need a Silence hit, I can adjust my rotation as necessary. I know Spirits isn't an enmity generator on its own, but it's extra damage--that hurts more because I enter the fight at pretty much full health--that seems to help keep target #1 on me to allow me to rotate to the other targets.
