Well it's only rumours, but are spread by Riot personnel, so they must have some truth to them.. Even if it's just to increase hype.

Hmm It seems that I was mistaken and that the map rumour came from a magazine, together with this.

Sona the Bard, first mentioned in the 4th JoJ is currently available on the Test realm it seems.
A support champion, functioning like a Caster version of Udyr.

By being a part of the Community "staff".

Basically, you have to be a part of either the Player Council, the Emissaries or the Adjudicators.
Which they sometimes accept applications for.

Actually the Emissaries, which I applied for, are those known for a positive presence on the boards.. Since they're the people who're supposed to spread the gospel of LoL.

The Adjudicators are often jerks though.. Some members of the council as well, but they rarely show their faces on the boards xD
