We open our doors again tomorrow night, folks! What do we have planned? Well, I'm glad you asked! With all the fancy swimsuits the Moonfaire Faire has offered, we had clothing on the brain, and have decided to hold...

A fashion contest!

No particular theme so you're free to be as creative as you like. We'll have one category for men and another for women, and then you, our wonderful patrons, will decide upon the winners!

The bar opens as normal at 19.00 BST (GMT+1) and then the contest will begin at around an hour later. We'll make an announcement, as per usual, just before we get things started. Start rummaging through your armoires and wardrobes and show us who's the best dressed in Costa!

Mmhmm, we're back again folks!Â And this time (once more), the entertainment falls squarely 'pon the shoulders of our budding, adventurous guests for the eve.

(That's you.Â All of you.Â You're our guests.)

The shelves are stocked, the glasses are gleaming, and the stools are sturdy.Â All is in place.Â For what, I imagine hearing you ask?Â For your ideas, that's what (Twelve have mercy on us).Â For this week, for the entertainment of folks on both sides of the bar, we'll be giving you the chance to go nuts, let that imagination go wild, and create your very own drink for the brave souls and stomachs that want to be the judges.

As ever, our 'doors' open at the nineteenth bell, and we'll give you alcoholics an entire bell (Or so) to come up with imaginative, creative names and mixing ideas.Â Then?Â Then, at the twentieth bell we'll be clearing out from behind the bar, and handing it over to our flock of fledgling mixologists to create their compelling concoctions to the delight of all, and to the intoxication of the chosen few.

Judges will be picked on a first-come, first-served basis, and better have stomachs of steel at the very minimum, 'cause we'll not be providing buckets beyond those the entrants choose to serve their drinks in.

Winning entry gets a special place in our hearts, and more importantly, a place on our menu*.

Beyond that?Â It'll be another night of sun-kissed (Rain-drenched) relaxation.

And we rather hope to see you all there!

Once again, thank you all for coming last night! The mixology contest went down a treat and we'd like to congratulate...

Nailah Quill!

Her concoction of strawberry schnapps, melon and banana liqueurs, pineapple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice, which she dubbed The Rainbow ("Because it blows sunshine up your butt!" â„¢), will now be a regular feature on our menu!

It was a close contest, however! Pae'a Atiyeh, Ludivine Goultard and Kalam'ra Shadhavar also made some spectacular drinks. We'd like to thank them, and our judges (Scarlet Heath, Sumi Kha, Aeron Volkova and Stone Wall), for a fantastic evening.

See you all again in a fortnight! In the meantime, enjoy some screenshots.

Kilid has previously explained the rules here. Have a read if you're interested in participating and decide whether you want any modifiers to your rolls. It's a lot of fun and proved quite popular in the past, so don't hesitate to give it a go!

Sorry for the lateness but thank you all once again for attending on Saturday! We had a great time and hope you did too. Lots of new faces and the bar was humming with activity all night! The dodgeball match was a lot of fun, and Team Jackal got to stand triumphant once more.

We open up again on 17 October but with a slight change: we'll be providing the food and drink for the First Annual Flame Festival at Silver Bazaar, Western Thanalan, instead of our usual location of Hidden Falls. Hope to see lots of folks there!

Oh aye folks, ain't no rest for the wicked, and guess what? Â The wicked is what we'll be celebrating this coming bar! Â In honour of everyone's most feared favourite night, we'll be bringing the fright with our own special take on All Saint's Wake...

ALL SPIRITS WAKE

All night long, all spirits* will be half price. Â You read that right, half price! Â We've no idea what... eheh, 'possessed' us [sub](Spirits, clearly!)[/sub] when we came up with something so clearly insane, but might just be crazy enough to wake the dead! Â The aftermath will be grisly. Â The aftermath be gory. Â The aftermath will... probably be splattered all over your floor. Â How ghastly.**

But surely that can't be the only big thing for such an auspiritscious night? Â There must be more in sight? Â Such a wasted opportunity, we hear you cry in fright! Â And it turns out you'd be right; the events for the night are two-fold:

Firstly, we found the trick to a good All Saints' Wake night is to have a good old-fashioned costume contest, with the winner being decided by, Twelve help us, public vote. Â Dress to kill, folks!***

Secondly, and this is the real treat of the evening... a spooky story-off! Â Bring your most haunting tales and chilling fables, folks! Â Fact or fiction, myth or legend, if it deprives the audience of sleep that night, it belongs.

(We don't expect the costume contest to take all that long, and so we'll be kicking that off at the twentieth bell (20:00) with the aim to get to the tale-telling by the twenty-first (21:00))

Hope to see some new fa-... actually, no, we don't. Â We hope to see lots of masks and costumes that night, folks!
