To make sure, K'nahli, your friends characters are on the Chaos Data Center right? They won't get a free transfer to Balmung if they're not on Chaos.

(The other restriction is having to have played for like 15 min, gil and fc/house restrictions)

They were, yes. They both made it to 50(or close to) before returning to another game for a short while after it received an update ^^

That's good~ Remember there's 1 mil gil limit (on character) + 500k on each retainer. If they have more gil, try to help them do market research to see what they can buy on their server to recoup gil loss in the transfer.

They can't have a housing plot, need to be FC-less and no private room. ;3

As previously announced in a Topics post, the following support will be carried out to accompany the extended World maintenance for the transfer of the Chaos Data Centre to Europe, which lasted until Oct. 20, 2015 8:45 (GMT).

â– Subscription Period Extensions
In order to compensate players inconvenienced by the extended maintenance on the below Chaos Data Centre Worlds, those who meet the following requirements will have their subscriptions extended by 1 day.

ãƒ»Service accounts containing characters on the Worlds within the Chaos Data Centre (Cerberus / Lich / Moogle / Odin / Phoenix / Ragnarok / Shiva / Zodiark) before Friday, September 18, 2015 at 9:00 (GMT).
ãƒ»Service accounts with an active subscription.

Subscription extensions for those who meet the above requirements will be processed automatically in sequence.

* Please note that if you hire additional retainers after the extended maintenance, the retainer service fee may be adjusted to a prorated amount until start of the next subscription period as a result of the extension.

â– World Transfers
Because the Chaos Data Centre is being relocated, certain players may find they are no longer playing on a desirable World. In order to address this issue, players will be allowed to transfer from Worlds within the Chaos Data Centre to Worlds within the Elemental, Gaia, Mana, Aether, or Primal Data Centres free of charge until Oct. 27, 2015 10:00 (GMT).
