Greetings! New player here. Seems Im not sure what server is the main RP server. I believe it is Balmung? Or something of that nature? Either way that one i cant make a character on. When will i be able to?

Balmung is a very popular RP server certainly. It is more or less always closed for new character creation though, as it is so heavily populated. Your best bet is to check straight after a maintenance as the servers come up. The only other alternative is to make a character on another server and then transfer it to Balmung after 3 days have elapsed, however this costs real money.
There are RP communities on other servers as well, I believe I have heard Jehova mentioned a few times. Welcome aboard to the RPC ^_^

Hello there, welcome to the RPC! Balmung is the main RP server, as Nailah answered. Gilgamesh also has a bit of an RP community. A lot of other servers have small RP communities, though, but Balmung is by far your best bet.
