Meet Delwyn Forester. Half-Bred Hyurgadyn, Alternate Magical Expirimenter (*cough* Blue Mage*), Scholar and researcher into the Arcane and Beastiology, Gentleman Brute, monster hunter and tamer, and your new RP buddy!

Delwyn is a mixture of pure educated gentleman, and silver tongued and flirtatious trickster, mixed into one already mixed bred basket. The man is built rather well for someone who focuses his time in books, and this shows when one brings up his field of study. He is one who tries to mimic magical abilities and qualities of monsters through existing means, much as the fabled blue mage might. Through this, he keeps a small(ish) farm of creatures he studies and attempts to tame... Sometimes with much less than healthy results.

Otherwise, he is a mercenary for hire in between his studies and duties to an unnamed constant client. Often taking escort work, and trying to not take anything involving harming innocents. He does focus any work that comes with a chance for him to study something new, and often takes over the role of the cook of the troupe he travels with.

What I Am Looking For

-People interested in uncommon studies
-Tamers or hunters who would like work
-Anyone who would be interested in helping with these studies
-Any Faction or group who would like to employ or invest in his studies
-Anyone who needs a chef!

-Anyone who just enjoys a playful trickster and flirt.
-Anyone who enjoys the company of a studied gentleman
Note: I don't actually use ingame gil for RP purposes as I'm still leveling and don't have much to spare

Kasi is a for-hire mercenary that does bounty hunting and contracts of all kinds- and the more dangerous, the better! She'd be more than happy to take some jobs.

Well the bounties in this case are Deliver Alive monsters that change in difficulty depending. Depending how much she'd enjoy trapping Chocobos or Tonberries (Probably not that harsh from the start) they could have a wonderful business time together.

Delivering them alive just makes it that much more challenging, which Kasi would be even more interested in. Considering she has 17 years of combined combat experience (5 in the Gridanian military, 12 as a mercenary doing all kinds of odd jobs), she could probably tackle obtaining more difficult bounties too- and her price is going be somewhat lower than the average mercenary, since she's not motivated primarily by gil. Win-win!

I had a half baked idea for my main (who's on Jenova) that was similar to "monster scholar" but leaning more towards Arcanist/Scholar instead of Blue Mage. Would've been great to RP that with a blue mage/fellow "monster scholar".

My RP alt Tsubaki is always thrilled to meet other musicians. She's fairly shy and quiet but get on the topic of music and suddenly she's struggling to keep herself from talking too much. She's also somewhat new to adventuring and often just picks up work for the Adventurer's Guilds or Twin Adders. If he's likely to hire adventurers through the guilds or through bulletins at taverns then she could easily pick up a job that way.

Unfortunately, I'm hard to catch in game unless you're a late nighter. If you're actually interested in RPing with Tsubaki it'll likely have to be though PMs here or through Discord/Skype.

If you seek more people to fill the jobs or... else as well, let's be honest, people usually discuss a tad outside too. Maybe actually to hire him. Or work for him. Meh, the world is vast! I'd just say to poke Simeon Sibaruse if ever you feel like it.

(And on the random thought... is it still a pianist when only an harpsichord is around? :p)

Tachi is a seasoned adventurer and a Gridanian Hunter-Scholar! Anything to do with the monsters of Eorzea she's all about be it hunting them or learning from them in manners not too different from Delwyn's. Though with that being said, capturing them alive would be a lovely challenge for her and endless fun.
