To be honest, I don't think the Ala Mhigans care who identifies as Ala Mhigan as long as you fight for the cause. They even have a friendly beast tribe over there. It doesn't have to be rdm/war of the magi related.

But more to your point, without having a clear population breakdown of those ancient cities its hard to gauge. Midlander is generally a safe bet when you wanna play with the gray area because those buggers are/were everywhere.
