A Roegadyn! Seawolf or Hellsguard? both interesting, I favor hellsguard myself, but I like the russet colour. Anyways, here are a couple links that will hopefully help you get a bit more familiar with the RPC, Roleplay in general, and a few of the communities you might see out and about in the world.

That welcome post does a good job of consolidating links and a bit of information about most of the tools here at the RPC. The Player made Wiki, the Lantern, Calendar and the like all server to help us interact and get to know each other a bit more.

That Roleplay handbook created by the illustrious Eva covers the major points of Role play and helps provide a second opinion or another way of looking at character growth, in game mechanics, interactions with different peoples and the like. Worth the read, even if you only skim over the parts you feel familiar with.

"Intermission" Created by Xenedra is an OOC Linkshells dedicated to, well, getting together! chatting about things, finding out where people are, what they might be up to.

It might be a little early to link you to "Balmungs Finest" but might be a good option to keep in mind. This is an OOC linkshell thats all about grouping up for PVE, dungeons, Primals, beating on Garleans, the usual.
