I don't believe I said Stats influence mana, I was just curious if he was putting more points in Int to make up for the 'ineffeciency' with pure DPS, or Piety for more Accuracy or a mix.

Every 5 points I get I put 3 into Int, 1 into Piety and 1 into Vitality.

Though I'll admit I'm not exactly sure how it all works out, but I know putting pts in Dex makes me miss less in melee, so I'm guessing Pie would help make your spells miss less, too.

Pie = Magic Acc
Dex= Melee Acc
Vit= dmg taken
str = dmg done

Vit and str go off each other to determine how much dmg is done

Int is magic dmg I believe
Mind is magic resistance

those 2 are the same as str and vit I Believe.

I meant I don't know how exactly the maths go.
Like what the caps are and stuff. then again, I shouldn't expect to know that in beta, I guess.

Full list from GamesCon Open Beta build:

- Gridania and Ul'dah included, tutorial fight, storyline and guildleves
- You are allowed to Skip the cutscenes pushing ESC -> Skip
- Lancer & Archer Guild are in Gridania
- /sit emote included
- some emotes like /clap are possible to do while in /sit
- Chocobos still NOT working
- Found an Airship dock inside Gridania, but seems not do work either
- Able to mark the mobs like in wow "please kill this one first"
- you can make some bubbles like "I'm low on HP, please cure me"
- Friend and Ignore List included
- LS NPC in Limsa may be moved, didnt find her
- You can still accept Lv.1 and Lv.10 Leves with Rank1

Well they aren't in the game at all right now. So they have to be somewhere. You don't want all the guilds centered in one city. No one would go to the other ones. I wonder if we can get guild specific leves from the guilds.
