I'm trying to set up a character wiki, since it looks like everyone else is doing it, but I cant figure out how to make a new page so I can make one. I tried looking at the getting started section in the main page but it hasn't really helped. Anyone know how to do it?

Easy peasy! In the search box in the upper right, enter your character name exactly as it appears in-game. Then search for it.
The website will return a result of "No page by that name exists, want to make one?" and you click to make it make one.
