Hmm, I haven't really gotten in to forum rp here yet... Maybe I should give it a try...
My problem is that I sleep while most people post, so when I DO try forum roleplaying with americans, I usually fall behind and are never really able to get into it, because too much happens while I'm not there. I came for the ERP, I stayed for the free booze. |

Nice introduction Crystal! I like the idea of drawing portraits while getting to know others.

If it makes you feel better Kashemia even though I'm American I'm usually on at European times. Having a one year old means I sleep from 6am EST to 11am EST and if I'm really lucky I get a hour or two nap in the afternoon XD

Yeah, being a mom, student, girlfriend and end gamer isn't easy XD
Sorry for the lack of posts but yesterday something odd happened O.o My boyfriend and I were on our way to the grocery store when we realized a gang war is occurring right outside our front door. Apparently the leader of a big gang here was shot at a stop light here by a rival gang on the 15th and there have been a lot of shootings in this area because of it. On the half a mile trip from here to the grocery store we saw bodies, ambulances, and gang members openly flashing their colors. The grocery store had 5 police cars out front, and tons of them inside the store patrolling in bullet proof vests while fully armed. Needless to say it was the fastest shopping trip we had ever done and we ended up spending a ton of money so we wouldn't have to go outside anytime soon. Anyway, there were fights going on outside all night so it was a bit distracting for me having been raised in a upper class neighborhood in California XD I'm on my way to go respond now and thanks for joining in! |

Oh my god, it was good nothing happened to you or your boyfriend. That sounds pretty horrible, it must have been a strange experience :S
Denmark is, I think, the safest country in the world, at least one of them. We have one of the lowest crime rates, our biggest predator is a badger, we have no mountain or rivers. In fact, the most dangerous you can encounter here, is a wasp <.< So I would probably have been pretty freaked out if it was me. Sorry for being off topic. I came for the ERP, I stayed for the free booze. |

Thanks and I'm glad we were okay too XD. Kinda odd that it's breaking out in a average neighborhood in daylight but apparently the gangs have been restless for a while. I am still really freaked out and we're going to be shopping somewhere else from now on and going outside as little as possible till it blows over. One of the shootings took place outside the hospital where I take my daughter, so we'll be changing doctors.
Quote:Sorry for being off topic. I guess the point of the threads is to get to know each other IC and OOC so I don't mind casual chat as long as it doesn't totally derail the topic. Anyway, I left space for Kashemia to respond but if anyone else wants to order a drink and can do it without appearing too rude then go ahead. However, my character will probably wait for Kashemia before proceeding to fill all the orders. Feel free to take a seat and talk among yourselves XD |

Sorry to bother you Crystal, but you refer to a link to a character sheet? Is that something we make on our own, or something built into the forum. Can you direct me to the right direction?

Just to answer your question. If you go to the "Archive" section, there's a lot of character sheets that has been filled out there, so I think that's what she means
I don't have one yet, since I want to play with character creation before I get set on how exactly Seraj looks, so I just wrote a few details in my post. I came for the ERP, I stayed for the free booze. |

I've decided to enter Azreiel, my ALT character. I've done little to bring her into light yet and haven't much written up on her. What role she will play come launch is unsure but she'll be around somewhere. :approve:

(Jim Bob wears his trusty cowboy hat everywhere he goes. He feels it really compliments his purple flip flops. He has a nasty snarl on his face all the time, but that's just to compensate for his clown like multi-colored hair. He has thick rimmed spectacles and brief case stuffed to bursting with legal documents for his most important clients.)
Yeah and Sass you can always just put at the top of the thread a brief description of your character like I did above. Just use the ( ) at the beginning and end of the statement to note a out of character comment, if you didn't already know that. Thanks for joining to the both of you :approve: |
