For me, it says under the first tab: Final Fantasy XIV 1 and then on the second: Final Fantasy XIV 2. It also mentions under the first one that it's inactive in relation to the Phase Two Beta and that my Playstation 4 is registered to that Service Account. Under the second one it mentions my current Collector's Edition. Is there any sort of issue here or is this normal?

It's not really a problem, but that's why there is two. If you want to fix it so there is only one, just contact Square customer support.
