Art of War on Balmung server is a non-RP, but RP friendly end game linkshell with a lot of space on our hands! A few months back we finally reached our goal of getting a large house and as it started to come together we noticed the basement floor looked kind of like a dance hall. Since then, we've given it a little make over:

We got to thinking, "Maybe we could rent this out to RPers for their events!" We're also willing to rework furniture upon request.
The fee for a night in our basement performance hall/tavern is 50,000 gil not including any setup time.
We also have a secondary house that we've built a little theater in:

Changes to this are permissible, but to a much smaller degree.
