The title pretty much says it all. I have been trying to develop some connections on my Maelstrom alt, Valeria... but it is difficult to find RPers in Limsa Lominsa at any given hour.

Going to the Quicksand throws me a bit OOC since as a Maelstrom I feel I should be stationed mostly in the thalassocracy. I did look up the Lominsan Society, but it seems that linkshell has lost its activity. Is there any alternative to it out there?

Yeah, you're right where I was a few weeks back. The Limsa RP community is sadly lacking. I've gotten more RP since I moved up to Coerthas than I ever did there, although that's partially because I now wander down to Revenant's Toll and Gridania from time to time.Â

Depending on how hardcore you are, I would recommend just starting conversations with people in Limsa. A *lot* of them are spur of the moment RPers, meaning they're not dedicated to it but they'll play along if it's happening around them.Â

As for the LS, I'm in one called Lominsan Society, but nobody ever talks in it. In fact, the last message sent in it was me this morning commenting on how I was the first person to use it in weeks, and then another guy responding that he'd forgotten he was even in it.

I did noticed activity anywhere outside the Quicksand is more or less gone since Personal and FC houses have been around. I tend to wander around Limsa now and then to see if anything is going on. Feel free to hit me up sometime if you'd like someone RP with in that area.

Same, Sounsyy just returned to station in Limsa, so if you see her about, feel free to drag her to the side for something. Fortunately, a couple of the plots I've entangled her in necessitate she operate in Ul'dah on missions, so that's helpful.

Carina is also walking through Limsa anytime she visits. RP is sadly scarce there, but it does happen. Any walk through this beautiful city yields at least one couple/group RPing.

Nebbs is definitely a Limsa wench. I would love to see more RP in Limsa.

I used hawker's Ally as my base before there were houses.
