In rough american timezone terms it happens somewhere between 2PM EST and 6PM-8PM EST. Hello! Rendezvous of Stars has made a recent change in the direction of being an "EU-friendly" LS. (Site~ http://hostingstars.shivtr.com ) As of earlier this week, we have appointed an EU officer, who will handle and coordinate intro RPs, events, and anything else that may be needed for our modest EU crowd. ^^v While I won't say that -every- event we have is during an EU-friendly time, we are making a real effort to include more "early" events and RP for our friends across the pond! We also have a fairly active forum, which we've additionally cultivated for the purpose of encouraging EU-NA collaboration. So while we're not an entirely EU LS, we've shifted to EU-friendly, for those who may be interested in our concept.
