His parents finding one another left their homelands and found a home living in Othgard, though would soon find themselves in the mists of a Garlean invasion. Taking to the outskirts it was there they found some semblance of peace to begin to raise a family. The first brother Yozoyu’a with his twin soon following Jinyo’to, three years later came the third brother Ahma’li. The first and third brother maintained their mother’s traits looking more like keepers of the moon while Jin was the only to take after his father and his traits. Growing up they learned to hunt, how to fight, and how to hide. The twins on one of their young adventures found refugees of Doma. One a samurai the other a ninja, the children were each drawn to one. Jin the former, and Yozoyu the latter. Sneaking from home they would feed the refugees and in return they would be regaled with tales of Doma and as the brothers grew older they began to learn the way of bushido and ninjutsu. In their mid teens things changed for the worst, Ahma saw the strength of Garlameld and despised the squaller that he and his family lived simply living off the land. So he left to join as a willing conscript into the Garlean military and despite the two brothers both attacking him and being the youngest he almost with unnatural speed and might countered them leaving them unconscious and bloody in a forest, Ahma was not seen again. Going home to tell their parents, spending a day recovering and talking they would finally go see their masters. The signs of battle were apparent in the home that was built. Gunshots and scorches of fire marked the area and in the home were their masters dead with armored garleans corpses as well. The brothers knew who did this, and they promised one day to find their brother and bring him back into the fold or end him for the honor of their masters. Training their skills, when they came of age the alliance of Eorzea had arrived to their lands and were slowly winning the day with the help of this…Warrior of Light. Taking to the battlefield themselves they found on the day of The Ghimlyt Dark. With no sign of their brother after that day they decided to go their separate ways and find him for their honor and on their lives.

Well, as the title says! I've generally been away from the game a while due to classes and commitments IRL, which--admittedly, come fairly often around Fall/Spring, but come Summer I may have some more time than I even do now. That being said, I'm making this kind of a casual search. Not really in a big rush for Luke to choose someone/me to decide on a longterm RP partner for him. I enjoy slow burns, and RP that can build into small plotlines and character building. I /do/ enjoy the passionate 'ERP' that may come of their relationship, but I wouldn't like their relation to be purely that. It might be a portion, but not the whole of the dinnerplate. I also require 18+ character/player, as I do not FTB. I am 28 years IRL should it matter. Garlean themes tend to be prevalent around this character, as do some void themes (but he does not usually seek void out, as he doesn't understand it). I'm open to additional themes (dark, torture, etc.) I enjoy near all themes of RP--slice of life, dark/torture, etc. Dont have much in the way of triggers. If I feel uncomfy, I am communicative. I prefer public based RP, instead of sitting in a room all the time (as long as we break it up I dont mind). I just prefer a partner who enjoys meeting other RPers and doing events (Lucius owns a restaurant). Hello there! I'm still relatively new to FFXIV but am a long time role play veteran (been RPing since 2001 in various mediums). I'm looking for someone who's willing to help me learn the lore both of the game and Viera in particular, as I wish to portray a Viera WHM/AST, and perhaps some DOH/DOL aspects to help flush out who she is as an individual. I'm interested in romance first and foremost (slow burn most especially), with slice of life, action, adventure, intrigue and angst as additional facets to create a well rounded story. If all that is there, it's gotta be part of the story; like with aggression and violence in RP, I do not much like erotica and sensuality just randomly be there for the sake of it itself. I am hopeless fujoshi, so there is that, I guess But none of my guy characters are exclusively gay, as stated. In such pairing they might have top tendency, or faux sore loser tendency. And most importantly; ladies are welcomed and embraced in this romance scenario business, equally! Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): I approve; familial relationships, antagonistic relationships, uncertain connections - potential is right there and it is awesome. I am staunchly pro-plotting as I do not think it takes anything away from the writing itself. And when I talk about plotting I mean some general "but then happened or might happen!" flavored guidelines. If it cannot be bend or break if something better comes by, it was likely not very fun plot to begin with. I am interested in miqo'tes and au ras being, well, miqo'tes and au ras together. So any culturally/behaviorally cat people things for Jitah'li and any xaela centric socialization for Ika are shamelessly sought out by me, but naturally those are not only kind of encounters I wish for, because the characters itself are not that weirdly insular/in-group focused. Hello all! I am new to this website but not really new to roleplaying! I'm looking for a possible long term, slow burn romance rp.I usually have to be up at early hours for work so I prefer rp over discord, using a paragraph like style. I honestly have no idea how to make a carrd so here is some basic info of my character. She is a Midlander Hyur who is in her mid 20s. Is from Ala Mhigo. Her sexuality is straight. Won't give someone a second look unless they beat her in a fight. Her mother was a seamstress and her father was a precious gems merchant. One day, when she was 10, her father had managed to anger some people that were up in high places politics wise and had hired some assassins to murder him and his family. They killed her parents and decided to spare Saya for reasons unknown. Seeing as she was still young and easily persuaded, they took her in to train her to become one of them. She spent the next 10 years gaining their trust and learning all that she could from them until finally one day, she got her revenge and murdered the entire group of assassins. Once that was done, she had turned herself over to the Immortal Flames. After explaining her past and having extreme interrogations from Raubahn himself, they decided after spending a year locked up, she would serve parole by working for the Flames as their own personal assassin. It has been a few years since then and she had moved up the ranks quickly, earning her place towards the top. Now, she spends most of her days in Ul'dah and will only receive orders from only Raubahn or the Sultana herself. Despite having a flirty attitude, she is still rather cold towards people, not having much trust to give. She suffers from extremely violent nightmares and refuses to sleep around others, afraid she would hurt them or worse. She also has a total sweet spot for children. If she isn't working, she is usually found at the Quicksand, sitting in a corner watching the people enter and leave the establishment. If you only like to do a paragraph or so that works fine for me! If you like longer posts and multi-para then that is also fine. Anything less though can be harder since my posts are usually matched on my interest and if you're only feeding me one sentence then it doesnt give me much to work with. But still I am open to most any length and try to match what I am given. Views on RP combat and injuries: For this I think I'd prefer a lack of rolls with the exception of using them to determine whether or not an attack hits, but I always think it would be more fun to write combat instead of letting RNG decide the entire battle outcome. Temporary injuries are welcome though I won't allow my character to be permanently hurt outside of prior planned circumstances. This includes any new scars or handicaps.
