[THIS PROMPT HAS SHB SPOILERS UP TO THE END OF 5.0. ANSWERS MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL SPOILERS!]

In a twist of fate, your character was born on the First instead of on the Source.

Your response can be as long or as short as you please! Just write up a character profile outlining this alternate self. You can even include details about how they would possibly interact with other's Firstsonas!

First off, naming conventions! Yisun's name would be different, as Drahns do not have Mongolian-inspired named, nor do they seem to have tribes. Her last name, then, would be impossible to tell, but her first First name would be Sunwren (pronounced soon-ren). (First half, "Sun-", deriving from her original name and following the one-syllable surname convention; Second half, "-wren", because out of all the ones we know, it sounded the cutest.)

Sunwren's backstory would be a fairly common one: the small group of survivors she was a part of would have been attacked by sin eaters, wiping all of them but herself out. I figure that, same as Yisun, she was saved by Source!Aja, then traveled with him to the Crystarium, where they parted ways. There, she eventually trained at Spagyrics before leaving to volunteer at the Inn at Journey's Head, taking care of those afflicted by the light. She does this partly due to fear, since her albinism means that it would be visually difficult to tell were she to become afflicted.

Bonus super-sad Thought Experiment of the day: Sunwren and Source!Aja's reunion comes too late, as by the time he seeks her out she has become infected by the light and no longer recognizes him. u-u)

WELL... I think it was discussed way beforehand that if this prompt were to ever be plopped down at my feet, I would have to also provide a Source Primam, especially considering the fact that she wasn't actually born on the Source, nor the First. SO...

On the Source, Primam and her brother would have been born Highlanders within the lands of Gyr Abania. Let's take that lie and make it a truth. Primam would have been born Petra (meaning 'stone' or 'rock'), and she would don the nickname Storme, as earned through her showmanship over the mastery of magic, and 'conjuring up a storm' if push came to shove. Tandem would have instead been Trygve (meaning 'trustworthy') Swiftstrike, and his nickname would have been earned through his display of martial prowess. Both siblings would become refugees to Ul'dah at young ages, working their way to scrimp and save what they could whilst probably living on the outskirts of the grand Jewel of the Desert. Eventually, Petra would use her magic to alleviate sickness that spread through other refugees that were not getting the care that they needed, while Trygve would seek out the Miner's Guild and any shops along the Sapphire Avenue Exchange for any work that could have been done that way, through more laborious means.

On the First, Primam and Tandem would become Pru Corra (short for 'Prudence'; meaning 'good judgement') and Terell Corra (meaning 'stubborn'). Their surname, 'Corra', means 'a spear'. Their family would have worked as miners and lived in Twine, and the white wall would serve as a reminder to what was lost and what could have been. Though their life on Norvrandt would mean that light were to shine on, through day and through night, each day would be fought through, thanking whatever powers may be that they would see another day through without being attacked by sin eaters. Though life would prove itself tough, often would Pru rise to the occasion to see any injured workers to being on the mend.
