Last night when I dropped by to give them a housewarming gift (because, it's a guild of Lalas, and they are my Achilles heel!), they said they'd be opening it up once they're done decorating.

Ul'Dah Garden will in all likelihood be getting just a small. We are a small FC, and haven't even achieved getting 2 million gil yet. It's disappointing that housing is so expensive, we would of prefered a medium or large plot. So current plans is to keep gathering what little gil we bring in, and hopefully when the price changes go into effect and the discount is applied, we will have 5 million gil for a small.

Active Periods:Â Mostly follows US, EU, and AU/PI/MY prime times. At least 3-4 people on at any given time most days, with around 15 on at peak.

Desired Purchase Date/Time:Â We're looking to buy once plots are most affordable to save funds for future releases like airship building and chocobo stables. So.. probably in 90 days if we can afford it by then. We plan on buying the optimal plot, as we have no intention of wasting money on a house we plan to outgrow (which can't be resold), so it's uncertain how long raising over 100 million gil will take.Â

Desired Purchase Date/Time:Â As soon as the devaluation period hits, and the final World Group 3 prices are active. Our goal is to get a medium plot, which means we're attempting to raise 30m - 37.5m between now and that point in time; if we have more, we'll go after a large plot, but I don't believe we will. I estimate that will be like April 2014?
Looking for: We're recently reforged and setting up, and really have no set preferences on what FCs we'd prefer to have as neighbours; we are currently considering wards 3 or 4 for our choice of wards. Mostly, the idea of RP neighbourhoods appeals because a few of us saw it work well with Aion's housing ages ago, and we're hoping to see it happen here.
