Faye's room is nothing special, not a personal room but an office/tearoom. 
Several people in my FC also have offices or bedroom/office combos. We also have an infirmary, a library, and have talked about a training room or bath house. Another member also has a cafe/teahouse in her character's room, though it's located in Gridania IC.
