hello, trying to surprise a friend by getting him on Balmung on his birthday.Â is their a way to pay for his transfer for him?

You'd need his account information and be able to log into the mog station as him. Â I don't know of a way to buy a transfer as a gift.

Gah, i hate doing anything like that, kinda kills the surprise but also with my luck something would go wrong and it be my fault lol.

thank you for the reply though.Â I'll see if there is anyother way, maybe send him the money by a method that FFXIV uses?

There used to be "crysta", which was a currency to pay for FFXIV stuff in 1.0. It was awful.

If you want to pay for a server transfer for your friend, I would probably go about it in a slightly more cheesy way.

Make a fake certificate! (And on the day of, have your friend login and then you can complete the rest).
