We are just two hours away from our 6th annual Tavern Night at the Coffer and the Coffin in Central Thalan!

That is right, this has been going on for 6 months now!

Again, if you have trouble with breaking the ice, just look for any of us, the Order of the Sword and Rose, as the 'staff' for tonight.Â The Order 'staff' members will be dressed in our traditional wine red outfits.

The staff is:

Quarimar Baenund - Proprietor
Konner Kinkaid - Security
T'nara Fariq (Kinkaid) -Â Security
Ryvin Syn - Bartender
Shoshosu Shosu - Server
Llaine Tetheros - Server
I'lyana Rhiki - Server

Also, please be advised that as stated before, we will be inviting everyone that arrives to The Seekers Linkshell in order to stream line the invite process for future months and to provide a place for people who either found someone, (orÂ several persons,) and/or saw someone, (or several persons,) that they wanted to RP with/meet at the Tavern night a place to find that person, (them,) afterwards.

A final note of advice:Â Please expand your chat window to its max length.Â The chat in there can get busy when the place packs in.Â This will help you better monitor it.Â A good thing to do too is to pick out a name(s) of people you are talking to and/or watching and just look for those names in the chat box.

A big thanks to everyone who has showed up already,

As per the usual the crowding cleared up pretty quick as people met and started to disperse in the grounds outside the tavern. After speaking with a few groups there has been approximately 78 unique characters in attendance so far.

I've taken a good deal of screen shots [UI toggled off] and will be sharing them in an album here at the end of the night.

Thanks again, and I hope anyone who hasn't had the chance will show up later on or at the next event!

Hello everyone,

Konner will be following up with a small album comprised of a few different screen shots.

As a note Ciel, we do pre-arrange some entertainment but our usual Bard and songstress was unable to attend, if you'd like to arrange to attend the next even please either message myself or Faceman and we'll follow up with you IC.

As to the location, It was tough to pick [especially right after launch]! outside the city, but in a low level area easy to get to, at the same time access to the most people on foot [if some one wanted an alt ect, to attend that was a Gridanian they could make the trek though highly dangerous.] As well as trying to tie it into an existing "tavern area"

Their is the added benefit of having the camp fire, the stone outpost above on the hill, the rail house across the way, and the proximity to the grindstone. Though your concern is a valid one and an unfortunate part of the event.

The Order of the Sword and Rose would like to thank everyone who showed up last night!

We had 115 unique persons that came throughout the night.Â This is a new record!

That was our 6th annual event.Â In 6 months we have managed to set an attendance record even after the initial influx of people to the server has leveled out.

Thank you all for attending.Â There was a lot of hard work that went into preparing this event this time.

We went from 2 members in the Seekers Linkshell at the start of the night to 61 by the end.Â That shows you the sheer amount of people that came.Â

If we missed inviting you and you want to join the Seekers, send a /tell to Konner Kinkaid anytime.Â We will use this shell to inform the members of future tavern night events dates and times and also other new Order community events that will be starting soon.

We encourage everyone to seek out others they met last night either by friendslist and/or the Seekers Linkshell.

Again, what a night!Â It was absolutely packed.Â I myself enjoyed meeting with everyone once the initial greetings was over with.Â I REALLY enjoyed that!

We are really looking forward to the next one!

See you in a month!

Thank you very much to the Order for organising these events - I always look forward to them every month. I was outside the actual coffer building for the majority but I still had fun.

Last time, we were able to set a record for unique attendance of persons with 115.Â What will happen this time?
