Quite notably flamingos, they get their pink hue from the shrimp and plankton they eat and if not fed properly in captivity they can lose their colours. I like that they put in the colour changing fruits, it makes a great deal of sense to me personally.  I apologize if this has been mentioned already but I am at work and skimmed through. : p
