(Either as maybe a weekly "you get full access to the garden" if you want to try cross breeding, or a "you get this spot in the garden" if it's to grow something.)  I'd have to discuss it with Natalie and Kage, but the rank settings would allow for a "room renter" position and a "gardener" position if people would like that.
