He stepped back and moved the unlit staff in his own fingers, turning it fast enough that the air hissed around it. "Don't worry about skill, or rhythm, or your body. Just move the fire. First comes heat. Skill comes later." He spun his staff several times, then stopped it, and pointed with one end towards the bonfire. "Between the fire and the tribe, in that open place there."
