In regards to EU on Balmung - I've seen a few more EU friendly events over the past few months than I did when I first arrived here. Generally 8pm onwards, but sadly most seem to start 11pm+ GMT.
This also applies for PvE statics as well. Not RP related but still.
I do get the impression the EU population is slowly growing though, as there isn't a EU roleplay server as big as Balmung. Hopefully we'll keep growing.Â
