Alrightee, not sure if this is the right section for this, but I'm not entirely sure where else to put it...
I bought the collector's edition of FFXIV for both PS4 and PC, I got my use items for the fat chocobo and Coeurl mounts from the mail moogle, then... without knowing you had to have the license for mounts, I used them (the items), and could not use the skill it gave me to use the mounts. I am now beyond level 20 and just got my normal chocobo, but now the skills it had previously given me when I used the items are GONE.
Any idea how I might fix this, or how I can use those mounts? I'm still fairly new, I may just be looking in the wrong place... Any ideas?Â
