It was posted in the Balmung is open! thread once http://ffxiv-roleplayers.com/showthread....#pid140169 It should be noted that when the creator posted the website on reddit that they noted that it was based on the lodestone information re: http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/...909189e479 This means that they update based on those times listed which means getting into a server like Balmung using this tool will not be the easiest thing. Creator made tool trying to get into Balmung and it didn't actually work and they ended up character transferring based on their reddit post history
