You bring up a few good points. I'll speak to officers in Sanctus Refero and see about rescheduling it to the next day or later in the evening. Luckily there's still plenty of time to get the word out.
Another thing I think that more people in the RPC need to start considering is how many European players we have. I know that I hear a lot of complaints from some of my members about how so many events are planned at inconvenient times for them. It's totally up to you when you want to start the event, but if you do it later in the evening, you're going to effectively cut out a portion of the people that might want to attend.
