I'm British too, so, yeah. EU-based fits the bill.  Thank you for the link, I'll be sure to give it a look over. I've actually got an FC already which seems to be fitting for the most part, but, something more appropriate for my timezone might become necessary so I'll keep it in mind. As for the character concept, um, I've got a little worked out.  It's probably not worth dumping the whole lot here though.Â
