Otherwise, the concept looks good on paper. I could say from experience that this system would break down quickly due to peoples (in general) tendency to try and force others to agree with their character concepts. It also encourages more people to play within drawn boundaries of character design and closes off one's imagination. Good idea from a personal gaming perspective.
