If you don't feel inclined to get online then don't - simply take a break or invest in something else for a while. You could try discussing plot ideas and make a thread asking if anybody is on board for getting involved with your character. Try to reconnect with old friends and ensure there's a steady stream of new contacts trickling in as well to prevent stagnation.
