That was just a patch for 3.0. Second one's about 4-5 more gigs.
One is a pre-order code for early access and the headband and stuff. The actual license for the game itself, to attach it to your account, is a secondary one. Steam, it's right in the CD key list. As per from the store or whichever, most likely e-mail.
