An Ishgardian looked at a foreigner with disdain. This in and of itself is... commonplace? Ishgardians are no friends to Outsiders. Notable exceptions being some more open-minded members of House Fortemps. But not even all of House Fortemps feels similarly to the Count de Fortemps. This particular House tends to be more open towards it due to the Count's policy on hiring a large number of foreigners to serve their House.
