There's a lot of player run inns and taverns out there that are generally always open, too. Just off the top of my head there's the Wayfarer's Rest, Club Crescent, and The Drunken Moogle. There are more but those are just the first to come to mind... you'll have to look 'em up for the addresses, those I can never remember.
