So what comes first in terms of time?

Last time I asked how many years and such have passed, but this one is a little more...Blunt. I'm confused over the chronological order of "Astral" and "Umbral". To my understanding of how we pick our "nameday" in the character creation, the first Astral Moon comes before the first Umbral moon. I've always associated Astral coming first..But then I read this... Timeline on the wiki So, according to the timeline the Sixth Umbral Era occurred before the Sixth Astral Era. So Eras go backwards? Is the wiki wrong? Or is the assumption that the First Astral Moon comes first wrong? Or are they both right and Square decided to make things backwardly complicated?
