Near where they are most concentrated a woman's' voice can be heard, her words ringing out with fervor as most residents either avoid her, or call for the nearest wood wailer. She is short, for an Elezen, with jet black hair and violet eyes masked by slim glasses.Â
Somehow you have the misfortune of meeting her gaze, and she turns towards you holding out a flier.
