I very much suffer from "The Grass is Greener on the other side of the fence with RP."Â
I always compare myself to others, finding myself and my own RP lacking in comparison. So I'm usually off chasing 'The next big thing' in order to alleviate my anxieties that my current thing isn't good enough. The problem is that I often fail to stay in one place long enough to develop the plots and connections I want so badly.Â
I'm not sure if it's competitiveness, or fear that I'll be left behind, or simple jealousy and a feeling of inadequacy in what other people have.Â
Stop and smell the RP roses people, though that is advice I could use more than anyone.
