Sadly I'm not in EU myself- more NA- but you could probably find me during the weekends at least. I can tick the checkbox of 'older' veteran mentoring with Kasi- she's 32 (is 32 old? Damn) with 17 years of combat experience, from the tribes in the Twelveswood, an ex-soldier with the Twin Adders, and makes a living these days as a wandering mercenary, trader, and cook (that might also possess significant underworld/criminal connections- ahem). That said, she's a huge proponent of looking out for and helping kin- essentially any Miqo'te. You could probably call Kasi a bit of a racial nationalist.
