Lore-wise it's a shell with frequencies allowing someone to contact other individuals like a walkee talkee. You can make them at some areas of the main towns and invite whoever you want or join other linkshells to communicate among fellow friends or with a common goal. I know some common ones are hunt linkshells for players to say "this boss spawned in this map here! come get it!" or RP linkshells to organize meets, events, and the like. Some just have em for friends, they're nice optional chats besides free companies(guilds) that you can have up to 8 of (I think it's 8?). I think you just hit the report button on the post yourself and tell the admins/mods to just delete it, it's not too big a deal (and I don't see any double posts so it's definitely not a biggie XD).)
