I know the basilisk tribe (P) is a desert tribe from Ul'Dah. Also there are are many Miqo'te from the Gridania area as they rival the Elezen in Archery philosophy so there must be a few tribes from there.
Do you mean the Drake (U) tribe? They are the only ones I saw out there.
