These acts also hold no discrimination as to who is targeted. For the person or person's responsible for these acts you will be found and held accountable for all your actions. Citizens and adventurers take notice, tasks preformed through organizations such as free companies and Grand Companies are supported by the respectful governing forces any actions preformed outside of these organizations that prove detrimental to societies order will be hunted down and held responsible for their actions. If you see acts of criminality unfolding we implore citizens to seek out an authority such as the city and settlement guards or the aid of Grand Company associates if they are present, Do not take matters into your own hands as you will be viewed as taking part in vigilante acts if caught. We implore that if anyone has information regarding those responsible for the vigilantism tell the authorities immediately and the information will be quickly relayed and will aid us in our hunt"
