I've done that before as well, almost word for word (except obviously not K'nahli, otherwise I'd be having a serious identity crisis IC). Â A couple times it went to public chat rather than tells or guild chat, a couple times it went to an open RP channel.
It actually led to a nickname as "(name)'s Pet", which was meant to be derogatory, but we took it and twisted it around and used it to our advantage like it was a nickname for a favored soldier of a military unit (or like a favored assassin, which was the IC "rumor" that my character was even though she really wasn't... Â Most of the time).
Hahaha.
Actually, One part abut that I forgot to mention is that someone in the linkshell replied with:
"Awww that's so cute"
"Sisterly love"
