I do not know when they will let us dye Artifact gear, but seeing this in the most recent Producer Letter video has at least made me a tiny bit hopeful: Show Content Spoiler The Artemis Bow seems to be solid black in some areas as opposed to having a gradient, too... One could argue that the character's wearing some developer-only gear solely for messing around in while testing things, but I don't think they'd go through the trouble.
