It may have been a holiday thing. I know a ton of people who are out of town right now, most of them left this weekend because they got the weekend off, took Monday and either took Tuesday off, or got Tuesday and Wednesday off from work for Christmas.
My suggestion is perhaps polling the population after Christmas and New Years are done. I know a lot of people who still somehow get both weeks off from work, and take both weeks out of town. I really think this is more of a timing thing, given there was a lot of interest in a bazaar idea during the FC leadership meeting back a few months ago.
