If the kidnappers are Ixal or Slavers, my character would practically help without hesitation. However, she also knows -of- Rurutani and Siha. She has never talked to Siha, but knows she is a friend of Roen, and knows Ruru is a friend of Kage. Small worldIf she knows who the abductees are, she would definitely want to help. Â
Kiht Jakkya lives in Gridania/Twelveswood. She is a skilled scout, hunter and Lancer. Despite all those qualifications, I do not play her to be over-powered. She is no Dragoon, she is just a Lancer. She has moderate archery skills too, but I can leave that out if it is too much. I'll just say she left her bow at home.
She certainly can fight, but has her weaknesses. I am not afraid to allow her to get injured. She can get beat to heck if that is what happens. I agree 100% with Siha about healing magic. Should not be instant or absolute.
If I start the thread with all you, I will not back out of it until it is time for me to. If everyone does essay-like posts, and I need to do that to keep up then I can guarantee a single post per day. If posts are a few decent-sized paragraphs, I can post multiple times a day.
If all that sounds good to you K'nahli, count me in.
Nooo, that all sounds very nice actually! I think it'd be great to have you along. Honestly I feel a little embarrassed having read your post because I think I may have given the impression that I sounded like:
"You need to qualify in all of these respects! Adhere to my wishes because I know best!"
That all sounds too perfect to me in any case though so I am very glad (^^)Â

Okay! Thank you for your reply. Though if I may ask, how would you treat let's say... a group situation where multiple people were to move in on your character alone? Would be be able to handle it with confidence or would he likely be overwhelmed? Please don't be shy to meet your character's true skill levels of course; I'd just like to be clear on it so that I can determine how many "bad guys" are necessary to pose a threat to our individual experiences. I have no problem with strong characters but if my character is facing a real challenge against one or even two opponents then I don't want to set you up with the same scenario should it prove easy in comparison. In my case, my character is young and doesn't have a whole lot of field experience so its only natural that he isn't oddly exceptional.
